Stephen R. Holmes Jr., 53, Mooresville, IN, passed away June 20, 2016 at his home.
He is preceded in death by his father; Stephen R. Holmes Sr., mother; Jacee A. Mills, and step-father; Frank Mills.
Steve had a passion for motorcycles (Harley Davidson) and loved his siblings, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his daughter; Jade Holmes, son; Joshua Holmes, grandson; Jayden Holmes, brothers; Rick Holmes (Terri), Mike Holmes (Angie), Chris Holmes, sister; Angie Prindiville (Jerry), and 6 nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. with visitation from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250

i worked side by side with steve for almost 5 years. he always talked about his kids. and even when our day was going all wrong,we found things to laugh about. and wee laughed hard and often. I’m glad to have known Steve.

I always enjoyed Steve when him and I worked together at Robert Dietrick Company. He was right at home in some of the toughest industrial job sites all over the state of Indiana. My condolences to the family, especially Mike and Angie at this difficult time.
